Although we do not offer Publicly Funded (Legal Aid) advise on criminal law matters, there are aspects of criminal investigations and cases on which we can assist.

In any investigation which might result in Court proceedings it is vitally important for you to be advised and, if necessary, legally represented from the very earliest stages. Do not forget that such investigations need not be by the police - they can include investigations by Trading Standards, Health and Safety Executive or other public bodies such as HM Revenue and Customs.

Unfortunately these days, more and more of us are likely to fall foul of the law in motoring cases. We have extensive experience of appearing in Courts for our clients on all types of motoring charges and regularly act on behalf of one of the major Trade Unions. Losing your driving licence will nearly always result in financial hardship, we can advise you on mitigating and presenting a case to the Court which might avoid this.
