Mr. Huw Owen - Director
Huw Owen is a Law Graduate of University College, Aberystwyth and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980 having trained with Morgan Bruce and Nicholas solicitors (now Morgan Cole). He deals with all litigation matters in the Practice from small claims work up to High Court litigation, also dealing with high net worth matrimonial cases. He also advises on Employment matters and his clients include major local employers and financial institutions. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Mrs. Carys Owen - Director
Carys Owen is a Graduate of University College, Aberystwyth and Cambridge University. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. Mrs. Owen heads the Firm's Probate, Trust and Financial Planning Department with particular emphasis on tax planning, Wills and Probate work. She is a fluent Welsh speaker and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Mr. Roland Lewis - Director
Roland Lewis is a Graduate of University of South West England in Bristol and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990. He deals with private client matters including all forms of property work - Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant, Large Estate Work, Agriculture and Estate Development. He handles a significant number of cases involving Receiverships and the Court of Protection. He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
The Hon Adam Bruce - Director
Adam Bruce is a Graduate of Trinity College, Oxford and was admitted as a solicitor in 1988. He worked for over six years in the top rated Tax and Financial Planning Department of the City of London Firm Macfarlanes. He has been working in Wales since 1993 - including seven years working in Swansea, before joining Ungoed-Thomas and King in 2001. He specialises in Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Estate Property work and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Mr Christian Kirby - Director
Mr Christian Kirby is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire. He attended the College of Law in London and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. Since qualifying, he has practised in Kent before his recent move to Wales. He specialises in all forms of property work including Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant Work.
