Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS)

We have just received notification that our reaccreditation applications in respect of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) – have been successful for another 12 months.

CQS is a way of assuring residential home buyers and sellers and banks and insurers, that we have the skill and expertise to provide quality residential conveyancing advice, whilst WIQS is the Law Society’s best practice quality mark for wills and estate administration advice that demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of competence and client service

We are proud to still be the only Law Practice in Carmarthenshire to have achieved CQS, WIQS and Lexcel – the Law Society’s Practice Management standard and that all legal work is only carried out by qualified experienced Solicitors.
