Chairman of the Wales branch of STEP

Adam Bruce, head of our Wills and Estates department, is delighted and honoured to have been appointed as Chairman of the Wales branch of STEP.

The internationally acclaimed Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, building on his specialist experience in the field of Trusts in particular and helping to establish UTK’s unique qualifications in this aspect, as well as an understanding and knowledge of will drafting and implementation and other aspects of estate planning.

UTK is one of only two legal practices in West Wales to hold the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Scheme accreditation.
